Taylor Kia Of Boardman
I took my car in for service and left it over night. When I went bak on 4/5/2013 to pick my car up I saw a sratch on the left back door and the right back rim had been damaged.I spoke to them about the damage and was told to come back up the following week to have it fixed. I went back on 4/9/2013. The service Dept. took the car in the shop and when they brought it back out the scratch was worse than when they took it in. They had buffed off some of the clear coat paint.I talked to the owner (Matt Taylor) about it an was told to leave the premises and do not come back for anything, He was sorry he did business with me,He said he would not repair the damage and when I asked where I was to go for the remainder of my warranty He told me to just leave and do not come back. I took my car to a reputable body shop and got an estimate for repair. I want to have my car fixed by the body shop who gave the estimate, and I would like Taylor Kia to pay for it since they are the ones who caused he damage while my car was in their shop. I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office, But Taylor Kia did not respond.
