Safeco Insurance

Safeco Insurance Company's services were terminated on February 17, 2013. The coverage and contract were set to expire on February 17, 2013. Payment for coverage until February 27, 2013 were paid previously as was evident by the renewal date, which would have been February 27, 2013.

I fired Safeco prior to February 27, 2013. Nationwide was hired to replace Safeco on or about February 17, 2013. Safeco has taken the position that their company provided me with coverage through February 17, 2013 at a cost of $187.41. Safeco's contract/coverage was set for renewal on February 27, 2013, Safeco was replaced before the renewal date. Safeco was paid for their services via bank draft for all services rendered through February 27, 2013.

A copy of the billing statement dated 03/29/13, Account #: 7183-650059 was received by me with a payment due date of April 8, 2013. I am refusing to pay this disputed payment.
