i lost my cell phone.i called sprint to shut of my phone and cancel my service.they asked for my 6 to 10 diget pin no.said i did not have a 6 to 10 no.i offered to give my account no.they said that was no good and they could not help me.i said i would not pay for any charges after loosing the phone.they said i could go to a sprint corporate store and show my id. the nearest store is 35 miles away and i have no way to get there.iasked to talk to a supervisor.the woman said she was busy and would call me in 2 to 3 hours. she never called. this was the fifth time i called.i as with sprint for 12 years and was never late paying a bill. in their recorded message they say if you lose your phone they could send you your pin. i asked if they could send my pin. they said no.
