I am continually being billed for my membership after cancellation. It has been at least two months now. After being billed again yesterday, I finally talked to a rep on the phone. She laid some bullshit on me about how I was supposed to contact a third billing party ( cancel the payments, but that they could do that for me today. She claimed I only cancelled my profile online. I contacted and they tried to tell me that the latest charge was for last month and my bank is taking over two weeks to approve the charges.
