I called Apple to help with problems on my IPAD. When the call director answered she said this is Apple how can I direct your call. I asked for Tech support. When the person on the other line answered he said Tech Support. He immediately started to sell me different plans to help me. I just wanted the one time 30.00 charge. He proceeded to send me to someone else who was actually tech support. He never got my IPAD working. Later on, that same day I called back to see if I could get my money back. They had already charged my ATM 99.99. I asked why I was charged this amount. They explained that I had signed up for a 2-year plan. The cost is 99.99 for 3 month's. I said, "no I did not. They kept talking over me saying, yes you did. I asked for a supervisor who was rude, crass. Said that what he thought happened was my husband checked our account, got mad, and that was why I called to get the charges taken off. Then he said, maybe I should talk to your husband. I said why do you want to talk to him. Is he smarter than me? After more obnoxious back and forth, he hung up on me. Didn't call me back even though he had gotten a call back number from me and had given me a confirmation number! I called back last night to see why there was another 59.99 charge on my bank card. The supervisor would not come to the phone, said to tell me I hung up on him so he couldn't complete the transaction. Then the girl said I would be charged 89.99!!!!! The situation is so frustrating!!
