Dillard & Yagen Enterprises
I am so tired of dealing with this company. I see I am not the only one that this has happened too. This is the second time this has happened with this same company. The first charged appeared on 7/6/12, informed my credit card company and they investigated. They received a bogus report from company stated I did make the purchase online. I cancelled card and received a new one, now I get another charge on 11/6/12 from the same company. I have just put in another fraud report, but I am livid with this. And when I try to call the number provided by Dillard and Yagen it goes to recording stating that they are not currently open and to call back during mountain time, which I have repeatedly and still the same recording. There has to be some way to get some resolve about this issue.
