fault on my telephone no. 02036022708

I am making a complaint to request for extra compensation from the extra charges that I incurred towards my telephone no. 02036022708 due to faulty for more than two months before it was resolved on 17/07/2012. I reported the fault on 2nd May, 2012, despite my complaints and several conversation with your staff, they were unable to solve my problem until I called them back on 05/07/2012 before they were able to take my matter up. The fault was not fix until 11/07/2012. Although your staff that i spoke with on 17/07/2012 has compensated me on the bill you sent during that period by written off the bill and also instructed me to make another complaint on my extra changes/expenses incurred during that period. During the period that my line was faulty i.e. from 02/05/12-11/07/12 I incurred extra charges on my contract mobile phone because anytime that I need to responde to emergency messages on the internet I always used my contract mobile that was why incurred extra changes. Secondly mostly everyday I used to go to the internet cafe to check my mails, to browse on internet and to respond to my messages. I paid for every hour that I used in internet cafe. I had a terrible time during and it wasnt convenient for me to be going to internet cafe to browse or using my mobile phone when service on mobile were not good. As a one of the valuable customer I will be glad if I could be compensated for all the expenses/extra charges I incurred during that period. Since the time I have contract with you I never owed you any money, I paid my bill by direct debit, I also wish to renew my contact after the expiration of the present contract and will be able to recommend you to many people to divert to your organisation. I will be grateful for your necessary action and await for your positive response to my complaint.
