I placed an order through Kelly-mall on 4/15/12 for one pair of shoes. I immediately received an e-mail confirmation of the sail and a repeat e-mail shortly after which described my sale as 'pending.' I checked back one week later on my status and it remained 'pending' and I sent an e-mail via their website requesting an update. Three days later I sent a second e-mail to which I never received a response. I sent a third e-mail via the original message via Outlook without a response. I confirmed the amount had been debited from my account via Paypal and opened up an official complaint via Paypal on 4/28/12 for fraud.

I have looked at this web site many times and finally decided to let my guard down and purchase figuring it must be legit if Paypal is accepted. I should have searched via Google for 'Kelly-Mall' first as I now see the extend of the fraud.

I have not yet received my refund- though am saddened this web site remains open for business.
