People Smart

I purchased a one time usage from people smart for $0.95. Everything was fine and I made sure I clicked on only one time usage and nothing else. The next few days I saw a debit for $39.95 from People Smart for a membership that I did not purchase. Now there are two NSF charges on my account that People Smart refuse to reimburse. Below is the e-mail I received from their support team so as you can see they are refusing to reimburse the NSF charges that occurred because of their original debit.

I hope you can help in some way to get the word out on how this company handles purchases. They tack on other charges and then don't want to reimburse any extra charges incurred on the account due to their debiting the account.
