EVERYONE SHOULD FILE A DISPUTE WITH THEIR CARD COMPANY! It costs the merchant time and money to process disputes! I also fell for this scam. In the ad AuraVie offered a "Free No-Risk Trial" for the price of shipping and handling only. I had a coupon code, so the cost was $2.95. It was highly recommended to use this product in conjunction with Nue Science, also offered for a "Free No-Risk Trial", with coupon, $2.95. I read it very carefully, and honestly did not see where you had to return the product within 10 days or be charged a whopping $97.88 for the teeny bottles--I don't call that a "No-Risk" offer at all! Their trick: AuraVie ships a few days before Nue Science so that you cannot use them together for the first few days. Nue Science was very courteous, however, and promised a refund when they receive the product back. AuraVie, on the other hand, was another story. Twenty minute wait on "ignore" before getting a smartie on the line. Being ONE day past the 10-day period, I could not return the product, but was offered a $25 discount. I am waiting for a callback from the supervisor. (I don't know how they did it, but there was a message from the supervisor on my voicemail, and I swear the phone never rang-- I was sitting here the whole time!) Waiting on "hold" as I write. This needs to stop. I am filing a dispute with my VISA people, and even if I don't get anywhere, it will cost the AuraVie company time and money to answer the dispute, which, in the interest of customer SERVICE, the charge should be removed from my card. Update: Returned the call to the supervisor. As expected, he was not available. I was offered a $40 discount this time, and told they win 95% of the disputes.
