I ordered a dress from Tidebuy on 16th Feb 2012 and it arrived on 28th March. The sizing was totally incorrect and there were dirty marks all over it. I emailed them and told them the problem and also asked how I return the dress. They asked me not to return the dress but to send photo evidence and once they checked that they would give me the details of how to return. I sent them a number of emails with the photos attached and I also emailed them every other day for an update. Eventually they emailed to say they could not help me because I did not send the dress back within the 7 days!!!!! I still email them complaining but they just send out an email saying "sorry for inconvience but order something else and we will give a discount". I cannot believe they are allowed to treat people like this and I will never ever buy from a site like that again it is a total sham - once they get your money they could not care less about customer care.
