Comcast

Comcast ran a cable from my house to a pole so I would have service and assured me that the cable would be buried within two days this was March 12th, it is April 28th and the cable is not buried. I've been calling Comcast at least every two weeks and get the same response we will put in a ticket. Cable is ran across my deck someone is going to fall over this cable what does it take to get some service from this company.
