I ordered a watch from yesbuywatches.com on Feb 17th. The payment was processed immediately against my credit card. SInce then I have tried to repeatedly contact yesbuywatches - no response. I contacted 95epay.com by phone. Yes, I called China and got absolutely nowhere. I have also emailed them and never a response. I will file charges with my bank but I feel that with the number of problems associated with this company, their contract with Visa and Master Charge should be cancelled. How can this be done?
