I ordered a Zippo as a christmas gift from iZippo.com, and chose the 3-5 day shipping, hoping it would be here by Christmas. I found out Christmas eve that it had never shipped by viewing my order status. In January I called and they said that it had been back-ordered but that it would be shipped the following Tuesday. No zippo, and the order status still said not yet shipped. I called a couple weeks later and they said the same thing, that it would be sent out, (well this time it was to be sent the following Monday.) The lady who answered the phone would not let me talk to anyone else, and she would not respond to my complaints, she would only say when it would be shipped or ask if I wanted to cancel my order. I did not cancel my order because I had read on the BBB that they are about as good at refunding your money as they are at sending your item to you. I went through this 4 times, and now, 2 and a half months later, I still have no zippo.
