I was sold a phone by Barbeck Verizon and renewed a 2 year contract..The only reason I did was to get a phone that was Bluetooth compatable with my new bluetooth device in my car. The sales person said it should work with any bluetooth device so we bought it. It did not work. I have spent over $300. to get this in my car and signed a new contract with Verizon all for nothing. I did go into the Verizon main office in Champaign IL. I was told that they did sell the phone but do not stand behind fact that it would work with my car. If there is a problem with the phone, I would have to call LG. In other words they sold this LG phone, said it shoud work with any bluetooth device and now that it doesn't they say it isn't their problem. THey refused to even look at it. How can they make claims to get you to buy a phone and then act like they have no responsibility to make sure that it works? Why is it the consumer always loses. Can you help...I am sure this company say or do anything to sell a phone, even if the claims are not correct. There should be a disclosure that this phone may not work on all bluetooth devices. At least consumers have a chance at the truth then. I would not have signed the 2 year contract if they had been truthful or stood behind their claim.. I am out the cost of the phone, the new contract and the device that can't be returned. Connie Bake
