Purchased a Cyberlink product (PowerDirector 10 Ultra Mini Sierra Package (English), Order Date: February 11, 2012) over the internet (physical delivery of software CD ordered) and my account was charged immediately upon placing the order. No product, message has ever been received. No response, no product, no download, nobody available at the company. All phone numbers seem to be dead, they always refer back to the home page, where the company is like a ghost. E-mails are automatically responded or rejected. On one of the phone numbers you find on the internet a voice warns you that there will be extra charges for the call. I would like a refund of my USD 110, and approximately the same amount for the various calls I had to make in vain.
