customer relations - First Class ticket
My flight on United was purchased along with my flight on SAS per Farebuzz.com. My United flight was canceled, and I was downgraded First to Economy and flown out to meet my connection on SAS on time. Farebuzz states I am owed $300. United states "SAS owns the ticket". I applied for the refund online at SAS, 4 months ago. Customer Service states they are researching my case. I call often, e-mail and receive no further response beyond my initial call and e-mail from them telling me to wait. I want a travel voucher worth $300 from United ( only United) which I can use for my next trip. Thank you.
