DSL Issues from the Get-go
ATT is honestly the worst company we have ever had to deal with. Their internet is absolute crap, I have rebooted and rerouted my router more times than I can count, making taking online classes difficult and frustrating. The service will work fine for a couple of days (after being on the phone with someone for hours), and then the rebooting grows from needing it every couple of days to hours to every couple of minutes to sustain an internet connection. We have had a tech out here to no avail, and I refuse to give them any more of my money. Also we have been with the company for 4 years and they would not write a note saying we pay our bills on time so we could apply for a mortgage. Do yourself a favor and go with any other internet company.
