Trane unresponsive to consumer questions as well as complaints - Trane XL15i/ Clean Effects

Wanted to replace an older AC with a Trane system but had some questions. Tried numerous times to contact Trane by chat (no phone number available). Never got connected to a live agent (are there any?). One question posed by e-mail was answered one week later with "Contact your qualified Trane dealer" My questions: what size unit does Trane recommend (3 different "qualified dealers" recommended 3 different sizes) - actual replacement unit was too large, and now has to be replaced for the second time in 2 months.Due to its inablility to remove moisture from the air we now have mold growth and rust on the registers. Second question was ' How long does Clean Effects Airs Cleaner have to run to do its job", since allergy symptoms of all house inhabitants abound and there has been no decrease in dust levels (again, my 'qualified Trane dealer' does not know).
I have never done business with a company this unwilling (unable???) to answer its customers' questions. BUYER BEWARE!
