Terrible Customer Service - Direct TV
I had Direct TV installed several weeks ago. The house I bought had 2 existing DISH network dishes on the roof. the technician told me "I cannot touch those since they aren't Direct TV dishes". I had to climb his 30' ladder and remove this dishes myself. Surely this isn't the first home they have come across that had DISH network dishes already installed. Next, I was told by the technician that if we wanted to add another receiver than I was to wait a few weeks otherwise I would be charged. This didn't make sense but I followed his instructions, after all HE works for Direct TV, not me! When I called Direct TV I was told "I'm sorry Sir, you will need to pay $198 to add the receiver". No one wanted to help me, no one wanted to correct the problem, no one wanted to speak to me and they hung up on me TWICE. I cannot wait until my contract is up so I can switch back to a local cable company. NEVER order Direct TV, they have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!!!!!
