THE ACADEMY AWARD WINNER FOR WORST SERVICE ON THE PLANET!
BEEN A FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER FOR 2 YEARS USING THE ORIGINAL MODEL. RECENTLY UPGRADED (??) TO THE 'PLUS' MODEL. SPENT ABOUT A TOTAL OF 12 HOURS OVER 10 DAYS TRYING TO GET HELP. FINALLY GOT SOMEONE WITH AN IQ THAT REGISTERED & SOLVED THE PROBLEM. God help you if you have a tech. or billing problem. My title says it all. I can't understand why they don't listen & solve it. Not to worry a competitor will solve their problem for them. Eliminate them!
