Bad experience

I ordered a banker's chair from Sears online, which was actually coming from a third party, Cymax. Sears charged my credit card the next business day, then I never heard from them again. As the last day approached for the item to be delivered, I emailed Sears from their website several times, but got no reply. I also emailed Cymax several times from a link provided by Sears, and also got no reply. Finally, the day after the item was to be delivered, I got someone named Tyler on Sears live chat. He said they would "look in to it" and I should wait another week. I told him I wanted to cancel the order. He put through a request to cancel the order. The next day, I got an email from an Ava B(abasu). She said the the order was never shipped, and she saw that I wanted to cancel the order. But she would not cancel the order! She said to wait another week and contact them again. We emailed back and forth over the next 2 days, with me insisting they cancel the order, and Sears keeping their head firmly planted in the sand, and refusing to cancel the order. Finally, this morning, I wrote for the fourth time to Cymax and to the fourth or fifth time to Sears, and told them that I was cancelling the order. I then went to my bank and reversed the charges (since Sears would not agree to cancel and refund). Now, this evening, at 8:09 P.M. (a Friday night) Sears writes me an email that my order has shipped! I've cancelled the order. Over and over. Sears continues to cheerfully reply to my emails, quoting my last email, and refuse to cancel the order. I am so frustrated with Sears that I will never, as long as I live, ever buy anything from Sears online again.
