Late for Appointment
Confirmation call was received on my phone for my daughters appointment. I confirmed and advised my daughter but she did not get my text message and as a result missed the appt. When I discovered I called the business requesting that she be squeezed in - an hour late - after appt. I did want her to lose her money. They were reluctant as they were busy, but said she will have to wait and may be will be able to be squeezed in. I advised her to take a taxi and make it. She did that and called to advise them that she was on her way. This time they told her not to come. She lost her money paid, as per their policy. I called the manager, Jay to explain/complain. He would just not listen to me, saying he was very much present during the conversation and never did they advise that she could be squeezed in..another lie from Assara. A lie covering up a previous lie from a Manager. Not the way to run a business. From other businesses I have had better service for missed or late appointments, at least they are polite in refusing to budge from policy. Unlike Assara who do not know a thing about customer service or politeness,from call back reps to Managers.
