Did not receive pigeons I purchased

I purchased some homing pigeons from the website. Two of the birds I purchased on 9/29/11

and one on 10/28/11. Supposedly they were shipped to Canada on or about

12/2/11 to be in quarantine for 45 days before being shipped to me. The

quarantine was up as of 1/27/12 and I did receive an email to that

effect and told the birds would be shipped in a "few days". I have

emailed the website numerous times to inquire as to when the birds will

be shipped to me and all I get is the "run around". I have asked for my money back but they refuse saying I will get my birds "soon". I have been in contact with several other people who are experiencing the same problem with them.
