Missed delivery, wouldn't take my calls or emails, never refunded money - Flowers
HORRIBLE!!!! ordered flowers for my parents anniversary online and they committed to delivering them on their anniversary. They did not receive them as promised. When I called customer service the next day to cancel since it was too late, I was told "I'm just a peon, this request has to be handled by an owner who isn't here". I gave them my information and nobody called me back. I then emailed them and nobody responded. two days later, the flowers that I canceled were delivered and my credit card was billed. Sent another email, nobody responded again! Ripping off people in a business that is involved with peoples emotions (gifts, flowers, etc.) is the lowest of the low and I will now make it my business to let everyone know anywhere I can that these people should not be used.....EVER!!!!
