no feedback or results after payment

I placed an order on 11 nov 2013 on the internet to a company named skymall.
I paid the amount of 309.55 Dollars for everything including delivery via credit card.
I received the following email after enquiring about my order:
Thank you for contacting SkyMall. We value your interest and look forward to serving you. You can expect a personal response within 3-5 business days from an internet service agent with an update on the action taken.

If your question or concern is urgent, please call us at 1-800-759-6255, and we will be happy to help you.
If you go onto the web site and press contact us, all information is entered as they requested. If I press submit there is no indication that the email was sent or not. The internet however is [URL Removed]

This was one of my last emails sent to them without any response:
