Lost order supplier does not respond

In June 2013, I placed an order with Rock Rebel Clothing in the USA, I have purchased on numerous occasions previously. I paid in full and received my tracking number, today October 2013, after numerous emails and customer complaint I have not received my order have not received an email, other than "please be patient"!!
Rock Rebel your customer service is sadly lacking and I am out of pocket for a large sum.
