Money received but no delivery and bad service!!!!

I purchased goods on 31/8/2013. Followed up on delivery with USA. 1st contact said they do not have my delivery on the system. I contacted my bank and asked if money did go off which it did on 3/9/2013. 2nd contact they said my parcel has been send and is on the way. 3rd contact the lady said that I stopped my payment and need to ask my bank where the money is as she can't help me.
The money was paid over and my bank did confirm this. Why is it that 3 different people from the same call centre says different things. They have my money, I don't have their product and all I want at this stage is my money back as I am not interested anymore.
