I ordered a book An Analytical study of words on February 12 of this year 2013. The money came off my credit card and delivery estimate time was between Mar 15 and Apr 16 2013. It is now September and still no book. When i reached out to Amazon to complain I received the following response:

We have not received a return. Unfortunately, it is outside of our 90 day time frame for order inquiries (it's been almost 4 months since your order). Once again we truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

- This is unacceptable. I have been robbed of my money and would them to solve this situation or give me a refund or voucher.
