My girlfriend and I went to go to the movies around 630 that evening. The window clerk whom we were purchasing our tickets through was very ill mannered and extremely smart mouthed towards me. I smarted back and said maybe you should just shut your mouth and do your job because the last time I checked we are the customers and when that escalated that's the only time the managers stepped in and asked us to leave I left letting them know I would report them for their actions towards a consumer. Instead I decided to call the manager that day and asked what he would do about the situation he said that would be up to the owner and he would not be in until Sunday the 22nd. I said thank you and that I would reach him on that day. The 22nd came and I called a couple of times and they finally took my name and number and said they would have him call me when he got in I said that would be fine. He called me back and I asked him if he allows all of his employees to be smart and disrespectful to their customers he said from their point of view they did nothing wrong then he proceeded to say to me the customer is not always right. I don't know where he was raised and brought up but where I come from if you treat the customer disrespectfully or you can't handle the situation the person in charge took charge of the situation so that it would not escalate and I was brought up in a society where the customer is always right. They may not like what the customer has to say but it's not their job to let a situation escalate its their job to prevent the escalation none of which occurred in this situation. I let him know if he's not going to write the employees up for their actions then I would have no choice but to report his business to the better business bureau and I told him to have a good evening and that was the end of our conversation and that is why I am writing this up.
