Unable to Return Unwanted and Unopened Prescriptions
We received a solicitation phone call from Right Source telling us they could save us lots of money on our prescriptions. Assuring us complete satisfaction if we would just give them a try. It sounded good having our medicine delivered to our door considering gas prices, etc, so we agreed to try. There were problems with the very first order. After much difficulty communicating, we asked that we be allowed to return the unopened medicine and cancel all future orders. They sent us a return shipping label and we sent it back on or about 10/3/13 via US mail per shipping label. On 10/8/13 we received ANOTHER shipment. We immediately began trying to communicate with them; I spoke with Brooklynn, user ID BXB1308 she spoke with the pharmacy technician and was told we would not be able to return the last shipment. The reference number for this case is 669363004816. We now have a bill for $526.58 and an unwanted shipment of medications; of this amount, $308.27 is the charge for the already returned medications, with their approval and returned shipping label. After two attempts to resolve this issue with the company, by phone, I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone. Much of this time was waiting and I was being transferred from department to department. The handling of this situation displays no desire to assist customers in addressing problems, however, it proves as a deterrent. The attitudes today were much different than when they originally solicited our patronage. We are asking authorization to return these medications, credit to our account, and cancel ALL future orders effective immediately. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
