on June 10, 2013 I went to the Washington DC depot @2am to board the bus to New York City. I have been traveling by Greyhound from Washington DC to New York since 1997....I gave my luggage to the baggage handler and boarded the bus and went to sleep. when I arrived in New York at 6:15am, I disembarked the bus and asked the driver where my luggage was, he was very rude and shrugged his shoulder and stated that it must have been pulled off in Baltimore...I didn't know that there was a stop in Baltimore.....Now everything I had to wear because of a wedding and 3 graduations I was attending and my gifts were in that luggage. When I went to file a claim, Greyhound dismissed my claim stating that I needed a computerized claim ticket..i have been traveling for a long time and all that is needed is a name tag on the luggage if you were traveling from Washington DC to New York City any further then a computerized baggage claim is required.. Greyhound just dismissed my claim without any appeal...please help me
