to whom it may be concerned .....i hade a very bad experience one of your locations as my son whent inside to pay an pump my gas he notice the amount he gave your cashier was not the same she added to the pump when my son when to notify her she reply with "no thats the amount you gave me" then my son came to let me know an i walk in the store an your cahier yancy as her name tag said reply to me that the amount she added was right i told her she was wrong an i needed her to add the rest of my money she reply with accusing my son of keeping money .. i got upset and told her to check her register .or call her manager as she went to look for her manager she came back with a massage saing normas as thats the name she gave me for her manager was busy an cant come out to speak with me as i asked her for her name and the managers name she decided to add the amount on the gas pump an i was writing her name she said yancy was not her name... i reply with oh so you are wearing a co-workers name tag she said YES... so at that point i walk out and yancy nacy as she said added the amount an i walk away an continue to pump i realy belive coustomer service should be there number one priority.. i would like for a manager to realy look into this an have a talk with the manager on duty an as well as the caheir an train them on coustomer service ....
