Horrible customer service
I walked in to the cash registered and I was lucky that was the manger, I was buying items from the registry list and it has cheaper price than the store price, he told me to go to the customer service and they can give you the cheaper price. Waited inline for the customer service and Jessica help me out and made my day miserable, told her there are diff prices and please adjust the price and she said NO we don't do that. Hmmm then I said fine can i check out my items here at the customer service registry she said I can only check out 5 items. I said ok here are the 5 items, after I finished I said here are the next 5 items she said NO I only can check out 5 items per customer... So you want me to go back and stand inline for the third time she said sorry I can't. Okay spend half an hour just to check out my items and I'm still not done. Went back to the check out line while the lady scanning my items I told her what happened she said let me tell the manager. Manager told me no problem he called someone I don't know her name she was trying to help me and Jessica saw her and went to her and told her NO we can't do that, then after that I really lost my mind I went back to the manger and he finally did it for me.... So please can somebody talk to Jessica and teach her what customer service means??? I spend over 50min because Jessica decided to give me a hard time.
