No Answer?! Called 3 Times During Store Hours of Operation!!!
I pride myself at my job in making sure the telephone is answered. No matter how busy I am, it's important to treat every phone call as a customer walking through the store doors. Unfortunately, for AC Moore, this importance must not be stressed enough to employees. I called the store located in Clay, NY not once, not twice... but THREE TIMES to ask a very simple question which would have been either a "yes" or "no" answer. The phone rang and rang - not even a machine answered! I was so frustrated because I knew the store was open. I drove out of my way to get my answer which I ended up wasting time, energy, and gas money to receive a simple "no" to them not carrying the product. This is completely unacceptable and will cause a serious loss of business, especially when there are so many other crafts & supplies stores within a mile of this location. Please train your employees properly and make them aware of this situation to keep from happening to others. Thank you for your time.
