Oven out almost a month (not acceptable)
My husband and I have been loyal sears customers for 40 years. Every appliance we own is sears and we have the service contract on them. My oven has been out for almost one month and I waited the first time for 2 weeks for a repair man and now I have been waiting a week since the first time one came it worked for one day and went out again. When the repairman came he was extremely nice and tried his best. I have no complaint with him. He told me that he lives near my house and could have stopped anytime but was not allowed to. I do not want to get him in trouble but I do want to complain about the personality and assistance of your phone people when a customer calls in. She couldn't even find my call without a lot of issues. Then when I wanted to complain she told me everything has to be done by email. Some people my age dont' have have email nor do they know how to use it. She had the compassion of a door knob. I am very upset and unhappy with the time it is taking to repair my oven. I know you do not care but I have two birthday cakes to bake and I cook each and every day for my family. The time it is taking to get help with my problem is totally unacceptable.
