Many many mistakes
Since my book was published there has been continual mistakes made by Xlibris. The book stubs were for the wrong book. The ebook was put out without checking with me first and the pages didn't line up - they were a page out. The ebook was being sold on kindle when it is not available in that format. Xlibris didn't believe me until I gave proof that I had bought it in kindle. They took it down only for me to find a few weeks later it was being sold in kindle again. My book of photos was agreed to be on glossy paper and all 360 books sent to me were on glossy paper. I found out by mistake that when people ordered my book online they were getting it on plain paper - not at all acceptable for a photo book which they agreed to print on glossy paper. When I received my order about 50 of the books had a blue line on the first page - I had to pay the postage to return them so didn't bother. Xlibris did not return phone calls and have been very slow to respond to concerns. They will not replace the books I bought that were sent to me on plain paper. I cannot sell them like that and Xlibris won't fix their error. I have 2 more books for publishing and will NEVER go with Xlibris again. They have made mistake after mistake and have not been willing to correct their errors. It is completely unacceptable.
