Bullshit Customer services
I have ordered some products from Gmarket. However, two of the orders from the seller “CELLOGIRL” did not deliver the items and hence Gmarket hold my other items. After contacted with the customer services of Gmarket on 31-12-2013. They said that they will need 3-7 business days to solve the problem. However, on 6-1-2014, they said the seller is a blacklist one andand have thought of all kinds of solutions to my problem but later said need further 3-8 days to solve the problem. I have asked them questions like why blacklisted seller can still sell things at their website, and what kinds of possible solutions they have done. However, they did not reply my questions, instead they opened a new thread to my order and said they asked the seller to cancel the order and force me to pay for the cancellation fee of 5000 KRT. The main problem is they have not ask for my confirmation to pay for the cancellation fee!
