After having dish installed after a move in July 2013, I was offered the Americas top 200 & premium Channels for a 3 month special price. In sept. My trial was up. My bill also went up. I called dish to see how I could keep the channels but reduce the price. The customer service rep told me "no problem. Keep the current package & keep paying $84.17 & dish will adjust the bill on their end" I have been paying $84.17 as instructed by the dish rep & today I was disconnected for a remaining balance after paying the $84.17 as instructed by dish rep. I called today after disconnect & talked to 5 different dish reps & it is still not resolved. They each gave me a different answer & amount to pay. The dish reps were rude, un knowledgeable & unhelpful. Sad that I've had dish for 10 years that I've experienced the worst customer service from dish today than I ever have had in the last 10 years of being a dish customer. I Would never recommend dish!!
