My name is Raffi Varjabedian and I have an account (ending in 9276)with Verizon. I had some international calls between July 25 to August 2 to Yerevan, Armenia. When I got the statement I was charged over $150 for those calls which if I had used a calling card would have cost me $20. I called customer service and disputed the charges. I was told that Verizon uses a third party for international calls which I was not aware of or disclosed at the time I got the service. The customer service representative got my information and promised to forward it to the department that handles that situation and someone will call me back. To this date I have not heard back from anyone. I only paid the monthly service charges and waiting the other issue to be resolved. Every month I made a payment over the phone I mentioned to the person why the other portion is still pending. Today my service gets disconnected. What a nice way of customer service. I have an old parent at home that lives on watching TV all they and now that privilege is taken away because of negligence of Veizon.
