SUCKED - AT&T U-verse

First let me tell you that I am almost 80 years old. I am not a computer pro. I'm lucky that I can turn on my computer and get E-Mail and FACEBOOK. I'm sure you can verify this checking my service. I have called twice and talked to two agents after more than two hours on my cell. The second one told me I had 10 more months on my contract. (I don't remember accepting this contract). I started this because my bill went up for at least the last two months. I seem to remember someone telling me that I was going to get a special rate for six months and that I could check after that and see what I could get. I talked to an agent on line who was very pleasant but I think I'm still on the same service. I just want the service with the minimum bells and whistles. I know you can check my records and verify everything I've said and see that I don't use all that is on this U-VERSE INTERNT PRO. All I want is a plain jane service with no extras. I really don't want to talk to someone on my cell and burn up my minutes, as I said in the beginning I am a 80 old retired NCO. My income is very limited that's why I only have a cell phon
