Sears Furnace - No Heat - Payne furnace
I have been transferred from person to person by Sears for two days about my furnace that was installed 9 months ago. I was told I had an appointment scheduled and the technician would be there between 8 am and 8 pm and they even gave me a job number. I called a couple of times in between those hours just to confirm that someone was still coming. I was assured that a technician was still scheduled to come. About 8:30 pm, I called and was told that Sears does not service my in-warranty furnace that was installed by Sears, I would have to call the manufacturer. This was after two days of being transferred from person to person and waiting all day for a technician that they told me would be coming to service my furnace.
