The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service!!! - PODS STORAGE &MOVING

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! THEY CHARGED US $200 FOR NOTHING!!! We scheduled a POD back in October for an out of state move. The move got postposed, but when we called PODS to cancel they convinced my wife not to cancel saying that it takes a long time to quote a new order and that they could not guarantee the same price if she canceled, but instead to move the date out a few months stating that we could cancel at anytime after that (I am now convinced that this is a regular tactic used to bilk money out of unsuspecting customers). In the meantime we are bombarded with robo calls stating that to complete our order we need to sign an online form, which we deliberately did not do because we did not have a firm move date. Fast forward 3 months when at 6:00pm on a Sunday night we get a robo call telling us that our POD will be delivered the next day. Of course this reminder is after the cancellation cutoff time. We also noticed that our credit card is charged the full fee for the rental. We immediately call back and cancel the order and requested a refund. Well the order gets cancelled but our refund is for $200 less than what we were charged. The excuse: "It's our cancellation fee." We asked that this fee be applied to our future POD rental and they refused. Needless to say there will never be another POD rental from neither us, nor anyone we know. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!!!
