poor quality items and terrible customer service - bags for gifts

I purchased organza bags for my wedding from and when I received them, the quality was horrible. When I contacted the company for a return, they accused me of wanting to return the items because I had not been able to find the remaining bags I needed, which they did not originally have in stock. They wrote %u201CIt appears that maybe the reason is you have not been able to locate the remaining balance you needed for your wedding. We have lost the potential to sell them based on this.%u201D I actually did find the bags at another website and they had no problems with the return which I was not satisfied with the quality. Bagsforgifts also claimed that the bags were just as pictured on their website when in fact they were of terrible quality with loose strings and runs in the fabric. They also corrected me for calling them %u201Cbags%u201D instead of %u201Cpouches%u201D, which I found very rude. They wrote, %u201CFirst they are not bags. They are pull string pouches. When all the pull string are pulled at the same time they are exactly as pictured.%u201D They also said, %u201CI will consider accepting the wraps back if returned within the next 5 days from today's date. They must be exactly in the same condition as when shipped to you. If any have been found you pulled the strings on them, no credit will be issued for them. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted for the time to inspect each wrap to determine if they are acceptable.%u201D Their return policy is a 15% restocking fee and in my opinion, when you are selling a product that is of such poor quality and are trying to pass it off as something it is not, there should be no restocking fee. This is first of all very rude to accuse me of being a liar and second of all to basically try take my money, which isn%u2019t much, but at this point it is about the principle. Bags for gifts customer service is a disgrace, just like their products.
