Majestic - Optical Coate

Despite contacting the owner through their website, and asking specific questions regarding shipping and testing services provided, I received no specific responses to my questions. In the owners own words, he apparently does not care that I am unhappy and does not care if I refer anyone to him for any new business. Below is his final response to me.

I have been in business for 19 years and that did not happen by accident, I know I have many, many satisfied customers.
It’s unfortunate that your thinking, assumptions and lack of communication has led you to be unhappy. Majestic only does thin film optical coatings. Nowhere does it state or imply that we do mirror testing (please refer to the website). If you are not confident in the mirror prior to coating, that is not my problem or in any way my responsibility, I ONLY coat them. If you sent it to me then I can only believe YOU deemed it was ready to be coated.
The lack of shipping instruction I referred to is; NOWHERE in YOUR EMAILS does it state you wanted the tracking number and shipping notification. If you would have asked I would have provided such info. I don’t read minds and obviously you received the mirror or I would not be addressing the shipping notification issue.???? As for the “scratch” albeit a small one I assure you that my processing did not create it and that was done prior to the uncoated mirror ever being here.
I guess after 19 years in the business someone is bound to tell me how I should run my business better.
Thank you for the constructive criticism and don’t feel bad about not referring anyone, I have many repeat customers from all over the 50 States and abroad.
