I was in your store today to buy the RCA 42" TV that is on sale for 299.00 and to no surprise your store is out of stock. How in the world can you be out of stock when the sale just started today, 12-13-13. The sales rep gave me a whole lot of excess's but the bottom line is that I am the customer and you have not fulfilled your promise. I ask if you where substituting any other product and the rep said no. Well as you can expect I am very upset with SEARS . There is too much competition in the market place for a company of your size not keeping their promise to its customer.
This is one of the reason companies of your size are having a difficult time staying in business, by not fulfilling their obligations to its customers. O, the rep stated that your store only had 1 in store at the being of the sale. What kind of preparedness is that. I worked retailed for 20 years and we always made sure we had plenty of product on hand and if we did run out we would substitute the item with another item.

But I guess when you are as big as Sears the customer really doesn't matter. I hope you don%u2019t keep that attitude.
