Wesley Berry Flowers

I placed an order online & in THEIR special instruction box, told them NOT to proceed with the order if it couldn't be delivered to a specific business by 12:00 pm as the person they were for would be leaving for a few days. They delivered them late in the day anyway. When I called to tell them they should not have proceeded with the order (per my instructions), instead of good customer service, they blamed me (??), argued with me, made up all kinds of excuses and refused to refund my money. NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!!
