The worst customer service I ever experienced - Dominos pizza
Call Dominos to place a order for delivery. When I called they asked if I could hold, I said sure. After waiting on hold for more then 15 minutes I had to load my daughter and her friend into the car and drive there. I walked in, and in a calm manner I asked for the manager. She walked over and I told her what had happened and while I was on hold I could hear them laughing and joking around, I heard everything, but I what I did not hear was any of the other phones ringing. The manager looked at me with a lost for words with her mouth hung wide open. Then she hesitated and said we were busy. I looked around and all of there delivery drivers were standing there. Four delivery cars out side and seven people standing around. I told her of what I saw and she hung her mouth open again. All I wanted was a I'm sorry, I made a mistake. She just looked at me! By now I was really ticked. I looked at her and said, I will never order from here again and walked out And went to Pizza Hut which at the other end of the county. This experience has caused me not to want to order from Dominos again.
