where is my refund? - KENMORE WASHING MACHINE
When a technician failed to tell me I would be receiving a re-manufactured part after I had already paid for it and received it by mail, I called Sears to tell them I didn't want it. The employee could not understand this simple request, as she did not have the English language skills needed. First problem! Out of sheer frustration, I made a 2nd appointment for the technician to come out and I planned to take care of the issue with him. Second problem! He had no idea what to do. I have to give him credit because at least he called a supervisor, who also was unable to resolve the problem completely. Third problem! After 7 weeks and just about as many emails I still have no refund! I will NEVER use Sears for a repair again in my life and will tell everybody I know not to either. Insane! Why can't they hire people who speak English and train them for their job? It's obvious from this and the many other complaints I've read about Sears that they do not care about their customers.
