No customer service--stay away; No phone number to call - GE Microwave

This company is a rip-off. Look up reviews on other sites--quite a different picture than painted here. Using their web site, I ordered a part for my microwave. I ordered the part number shown on their site for my model. After being back-ordered (even though the site said it was in stock when I ordered it) I asked for my money back and to cancel the order. They ignored that request and said the part would be shipped in a couple weeks. It did arrive in that time, but it's the wrong part! It has the right number, but isn't the part I need. They confirm, via e-mail, that the wrong part was shipped. There is no phone number to call them. After many e-mails back and forth, they ask me to send them pictures. I do so. Now they say they'll send a new part, but that I need to hold onto the wrong part for up to 90 days while they decide if they want it back. If they decide they do, and I don't send it back, they'll attempt to charge me. I didn't enter into a long-term relationship with these yo-yo's. I've offered to send the part back at my own expense now--and they refuse. I can see the scam here--they'll say they requested it back, but I'll never get the e-mail, then they'll try to charge me again. And I have real doubts that I'll ever see the 'right' part. Stay away from these people. I should have looked beyond these fake ratings.
